Fred C. Borisuk is President of F.C. Borisuk General Contractors Inc. established in 1983. The company is a long standing member of the Better Business Bureau and a member of the National Association of Home Builders. They have been modifying homes for adults with disabilities for over 29 years, and are experts in adapting homes to people’s individual abilities.

In 2011, Mr. Borisuk made the commitment to apply this knowledge to meeting the unique needs of today’s aging population. Adaptive Living Partners was created as a division of this well established firm, specializing in the needs of seniors.

Fred received his bachelor’s degree from Kent State University in 1974, and taught high school for eight years before founding the company. He has earned the designation of CERTIFIED AGING IN PLACE SPECIALIST and has devoted his career to improving the lives of fellow seniors by helping them remain in their homes for as long as they choose.

Bill Bray

Bill Bray  has designed and managed the renovation of over 100 homes and apartments for people with physical and mental challenges.

He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in human resources and labor relations, and has worked with individuals with physical as well as mental disabilities for 39 years. In 2005 Bill was honored as Humanitarian of the Year by the Summit County National Alliance of the Mentally Ill for his work in renovating properties to serve individuals with severe mental illness.

Bill received his CAPS certification in 2012. Bill is the Chief Operating Officer for North Coast Community Homes and has been with them for 27 years. Bill has joined Adaptive Living Partners in a consultant capacity. With Bill’s experience you can be sure that our clients receive the proper assessment and ultimately the most effective home modification.
